Great communication and also the sample process with pictures of the prototype is great. Even pictures of the color swatches helped to select the correct color and in case the color didn't match, they asked again to approve. Of course the complete process to produce the sample, make changes to the sample and then finally the mass production takes some time. Production quality and materials are very good and consistent. We will order more hats in the future.
